To exchange a size or style, go to our returns portal and follow the instructions. We will send you a FREE return label to post your item back. Once your exchange has been shipped back and approved, we will issue you a store credit to use at your leisure. You pay nothing!
Exchange in Sizes / Style - Australia
To exchange a size or style, go to our returns portal and follow the instructions. We will send you a FREE return label to post your item back and you will be asked to pay for a handling fee (if applicable) at time of exchange.Important:yourrequested exchange size can only be reservedand sent out once you do two things:
- Pay any outstanding amount on the order (if applicable).
- Ship your items back with the FREE postage paid label.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Some goods may not be approved if they are received back marked, soiled, dirty or if the hygiene sticker is missing or has been peeled off and re-attached. This is for health and hygiene reasons.If the requested size on the site is not available by the time you ship the exchange back and pay any outstanding amounts, then you will receive a store credit to the amount of the original order product amount.
Refunds - Australia
To receive a refund for your order, go to our returns portal and follow the instructions. We will send you a return label to post your item back. We will deduct a handling fee for each order plus a small restocking fee on some products. Once received back and inspected, if your return is approved condition we will issue a refund for the eligible amount. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
Sale items & Seconds
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and items deemed as seconds cannot be exchanged.
wrong or missing items
Our team works hard to ensure all orders are accurate, but we are human and from time to time mistakes may occur.
If you received an item or size that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and some images of the incorretc item. We will do our best to have it sorted as soon as possible for you!
If you believe you received a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com and we will help find a resolution. Possible resolutions may include options such as repair/replace/refund of your item.
To exchange your product from outside Australia, you should first find the appropriate shipping address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
For international returns, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs for the exchange item being sent out. Shipping costs for reshipments may vary from original purchase shipping price.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
