Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 7 day exchanges/returns policy on all full price items, provided your item is returned in new condition with any tags/hygiene stickers still attached. The cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility.
Sale items & Seconds
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and items deemed as seconds cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If you think your item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, you may be eligible for a refund.
