Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a retrun/exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Goods such as woman surf pants and bikini bottoms, cannot be returned if the hygiene sticker is missing or has been peeled off and re-attached. This is for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept some exchanges on some mens products that are intimate.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :
  • Any item not in its original new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. Exchanges only apply to different sizes of the same style purchased on the receipt. If the requested size on the site is not available then you will receive a store credit to the amount of the original item. 


We do offer returns for store credit on all full priced items. 

Sale items & Seconds

Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and items deemed as seconds cannot be exchanged.


Unfortunately, if you change your mind, we do not offer refunds on orders, so please choose carefully. However, If you change your mind about your item before it has been used we can offer an exchange for store credit, provided it follows the guidelines below.
Refunds will only be offered if your item is deemed faulty.


To exchange your product, you should first find the appropriate shipping address by emailing hello@innerrelm.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs for the exchange item being sent out. Shipping costs for reshipments may vary from original purchase shipping price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
