How long does shipping take?
Australia
Standard shipping arrives in 2–10 days
Express shipping delivers in 1–5 days
International
Standard shipping (free over $150) takes around 4–30 days depending on location
Express shipping worldwide takes 2–12 business days (calculated by weight)
Note: During Christmas and sale periods, processing may be delayed due to high order volumes. Shipping times don’t include customs clearance or delays from flight disruptions.

How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order heads out.
If you didn’t receive tracking info in your shipping confirmation email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder first. Still can’t find it? Send us a message at support@innerrelm.com and we'll be happy to help!
For international orders by standard shipping, once your package lands in your country, your local postal service takes over. You can keep tracking it using the same number on your country’s postal site.
Example: U.S - USPS, Singapore - Singapore Post, New Zealand - NZ Post
My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t turned up, start by checking around your home—side/back doors, mailbox, garage area, and with neighbour's or anyone who might’ve received it on your behalf.
If it’s still missing, firstly contact your courier directly for more detailed tracking info.
If nothing turns up after speaking with your courier, get back in touch with us support@innerrelm.com and we’ll open an investigation from our end.
Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
Some countries can impose tax & duty on packages with small value. These customs taxes are separate to shipping and will need to be paid by the customer.
Please note our shipping costs do not include any customs import taxes. Any import taxes charged on items are the customers responsibility. All items are shipped from Australia. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import rules before purchase.
What postal services do you use?
We use trusted carriers to get your order to you safely.
Australia Post and Aramex for Australian shipping.
Australia Post or DHL Express for international shipping.
Why should I get package protection?
We do everything we can to make sure your order is perfect before it leaves our warehouse—checking quality and packing it securely. But once it’s in the hands of the courier, things can happen that are out of our control.
Package protection gives you extra peace of mind. It acts as insurance for your order in case it’s lost or damaged during transit.

Are your products true to size?
Our products generally run true to size and are accurately reflected on the sizing guides. If there is an exception, it will be noted on the product description page. Read the product page for any notes on sizing.
Having said this, our swimwear is constructed with premium double lined recycled fabrics to ensure it is supportive while surfing. This material supports and shapes your body without losing shape over time. This means it may feel firmer when on than the flimsy material other brands use. We recommend taking this into account when choosing your size.
If you are in between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit in swimwear, you may wish to size up.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We get that buying online can be tricky, that’s why we offer at least one return option for every single order.
Full price & minor sales (under 20% off): eligible for Store Credit, Instant Exchange, or Refund*
Major sales (20%+ off): Store Credit only*
*Carries a $8.99 per item restock/handling fee.

What are your return options?
Store Credit:
Available for all orders (even sale items!). Just lodge your return within 30 days.
- Store credit applies to products only (not shipping, package protection or gift cards) and is issued as soon as your return is dropped off.
- Issued as soon as your items are in trasnit back to us (you don't need to wait).
- Orders with 20%+ discount incur an $8.99/item processing fee. No fee charged for full priced items or less than 20% discount used.
Exchanges:
Offered on orders with less than 20% off. Return must be lodged within 30 days.
Refunds:
Available for full-price and under 20% off orders. Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- An $8.99/item fee applies to refunds. This helps offset the free shipping/ welcome discounts, return shipping, processing fees and warehouse restocking/handling associated with your order.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.
How do I lodge a return?
We’ve made it easy! If you’re in AUS or the USA, start your return here.
If you’re outside these regions, please email support@innerrelm.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return and we’ll send you the return address.
Are returns free?
If you selected Free Return Labels + Package protection at checkout (AUS + US only), return shipping is on us. If not, you’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in store credits.
Free Return labels do not cover restocking fees and only apply to refunds and sale items.
We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanges or Store credits on full price orders. However, there is a $8.99/item restocking fee on all refunds and sale returns.
What is a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of $8.99 per item applies to refunds and Major sale returns. This helps us cover the costs involved in offering flexible returns — including the free shippign we over on your order over $150, $20 discount we give on first orders, return shipping, payment processing fees.
Every return also takes time and care from our small team to inspect, restock, and process. This small fee allows us to continue providing high-quality service while keeping things fair for everyone.
How long does it take to process a return?
Our team processes returns twice a week, so once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be checked in and processed. We'll keep you updated via email every step of the way.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item we apologise and kindly ask that you please email our friendly Customer Support team at support@innerrelm.com with your name, order number, a quick note about the issue, and a photo of the fault or the item you got. We’ll sort it out for you!
Can I return an item purchased at a third party stockist to Inner Relm directly?
If you bought your item through one of our stockists, you’ll need to process your return directly with them. Since it wasn’t purchased through our website, we’re unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or credits on their behalf.
The good news? Most of our stockists have fair and straightforward return policies, so they should be able to help you out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We don’t usually make changes once an order’s in, mostly because our warehouse team picks and packs orders quickly. But if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, flick us an email at support@innerrelm.com and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Can I update my address?
If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please let us know immediately and provide the correct details to support@innerrelm.com
I forgot to apply my promo code, can you add it to my order?
Once an order’s placed, we’re not able to apply discount codes or refund the difference in retrospect.
The good news? Your code will still be valid for your next order (if it’s a one-time use code).

The item I want is out of stock—when will it be restocked?
We know the feeling—our best pieces don’t stick around for long!
Restocks depend on demand, so if you’ve got your eye on something, sign up for restock alerts on the product page or keep an eye on our socials.
How do I care for my Inner Relm items?
- Rinse thoroughly inside and out with fresh water after each use.
- Hang to dry in a cool, shaded area—avoid direct sunlight, as it can damage the fabric and void warranty coverage.
- Avoid standing on your item while changing.
- Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or cleaning agents.
- Not suitable for chlorinated pools or spas.
- Do not iron or tumble dry.
Treat it with care, and it’ll love you back for seasons to come.

We don't cut corners in our approach, no fast fashion.
For example, our swimwear uses double lined recycled swimwear fabrics that flatter the body and retain their shape over time. All our pieces avoid cheap ugly white linings, and incorporate engineered panel design and salt resistant hardware for optimal surf performance season in season out.
We are surfers so our products need to work for us. Which is why we take time to test our designs in the ocean under all sorts of different conditions (perks of the job). No wonder our products are trusted by top athletes around the world.
What does your warranty cover?
Under our wetsuit warranty, Inner Relm may repair, replace, or issue online credit (at our sole discretion) for wetsuits deemed defective under normal use and proper care. This applies only to Neoprene Wetsuits purchased directly from our website with proof of purchase.
Without limitation to this, our warranty does not apply to products purchased from non-authorised retailers. Inner Relm is the only party authorised to determine warranty eligibility. Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee repair or replacement.
What is the warranty period for Neoprene items?
6-month warranty on all stitching and/or material from the purchase date
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage unrelated to material or workmanship defects
- Improper care, storage, or extended sun exposure
- Commercial, rental, teaching, or instructional use
- Sale or discounted items, samples, seconds, or second-hand items
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, fin cuts)
- Force-related tears (e.g., overstretching, finger/heel gouges)
- Cuts or holes in smoothskin materials
- Repairs or alterations by third parties
- Drying with direct sunlight or a hair dryer
- Damage from incorrect sizing or improper storage
- Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase
Note: Non-Neoprene items are not covered under warranty.
Also some colour variation may occur due to lighting differences and film photography. The product colour might look slightly different in real life compared to how it appears in photos.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at support@innerrelm.com with the following:
- Photos clearly showing the fault
- Proof of purchase
- Purchase date
- A brief description of the issue
If the item meets our warranty criteria, we’ll reply with the return address and shipping instructions.
